| Description |
CNC retrofit in 1994, machine has CNC indexing and a universal milling and
drilling drive that it can drill and mill on any angle and is equipped with:
- CNC Control Siemens 840C
- Table drive motor = Siemens 150 Hp, 500/2000 RPM,
- Table positioning for drilling & tapping, with table brake.
- Table encoder = Heidenhain ROD 800 (36,000 pulse per rev).
- Planetary / Hydraulic milling & drilling head, 22 kW,
- Chip conveyor
- I beam support spider on table (1,400 mm height), with jaws, to allow under
job support to 10,800 mm.
The machine table turns, and head column & ram moves too X & Y axis.
